"No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life's change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary. "

..inspiring! Although we all can at some point hear what our heart has to say, it takes a lotta guts to pursue what it yearns for. Then again -> No risks, No gains!

This is exactly why I feel the following:

Most people are taught to focus on their weaknesses, and to develop them into strengths. They are taught that the way to be great is to develop weaknesses to strengths, they are told that the areas they are already strong in are good enough, and that they will become more complete by making their weaknesses strong.

This is what I strongly disagree with. We all are given only 24 hours per day. Then, why to spend too much time working on things in which we can, at best, become average? Rather, we should do the exact opposite, develop our strengths, and perfect them. We are good at certain things for a reason. These are the gifts that we are given in order to complete the purpose we are created for.

Therefore, we need to find the purpose of our life first. And the purpose is always based on our strengths. However, it is very much possible that we may have some weaknesses that inhibit our progress towards achieving our purpose. And we should work only on these weaknesses--not on every other weakness that we have. Am I beating around the bushes?

Well! Basically, I mean to say that, we should work only on those weaknesses that hinder our progress towards achieving our life's purpose that is based on our strengths—not on all our weaknesses.

I guess I have confused all by now. Ha ha ha :)
